Serves 6

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks, placing the yolks in a small bowl.

Add the mayonnaise, chives, curry powder, salt, and pepper to the yolks.Β  Mash with a fork until well blended.

Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
