Pickled Herring Pate

I used to eat pickled herring right out of the jar! I sure do miss seafood.

  • 6 ounces pickled herring, drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh dill
  • Zest of 1 lemon, finely grated
