1 pound london broil steak or flank steak (ask the butcher for a very lean piece)
¼ cup coconut aminos*
¾ teaspoon all natural liquid smoke**
¾ teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
dash of cayenne pepper
