This woman … she and I met in 2010 via the Atkins message boards and all this time I had NO idea she had a blog until this week! LOL! Anyway, here’s one of her recipes and I’ll post a link to her blog in my links section.

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup ground almond
Splash of almond milk
200g cream cheese
Block tex mex (cheddar with red and green jalapeños and garlic) edit* about 8oz
2 tbsp dried chives
Tbsp dried parsley
Sprinkle Salt
Sprinkle Splenda (Optional)
Tbsp butter
Couple tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
Pinch baking powder
