One of my favorite things from the Chinese restaurant was tempura fried green beans (well, that and their fried asparagus). Here’s a nice alternative!

Cheesy oven-baked green bean “fries”

1 pound fresh green beans, washed and trimmed

3 tablespoons olive oil

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

½ teaspoon paprika
