Roasted Brown-Butter Pecans with Rosemary

YUM! Give me pecans and I’m one happy woman!

1/4 cup butter
4 cups pecan halves
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons sugar (sugar substitute or if using honey, I would mix that in with the hot butter, then toss with the pecans)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
Garnish: fresh rosemary leaves
