Brazilian Shrimp and Fish Stew (Moqueca de Camarão e Peixe)

1 pound of shrimp
1/2 pound fresh Halibut chopped into pieces (You can use whichever similar white fish you like)
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup of palm oil (Also known as Dende oil)
2 medium onions, sliced
1/2 cup of cilantro
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
2 onions chopped
3 tomatoes chopped
Salt to taste
1 cup coconut milk
1 pound Scallops
