Having one of those “I could eat a whole cake” kinda days . My stress level is at an all time high. I opted for a flax crepe with a sugar free buttercream filling and strawberry puree on top! One day at a time.

This is all I’ve been thinking about!  Now, I have tried the recipe she used for the crepes before, which taste like flat cheesecakes but last time, I added cinnamon and that kicked my cravings into full gear.  The next time, NO CINNAMON!  🙂

Also, to keep this possibly Level 1/Induction-friendly, serve as is (no pureed strawberries like in the picture though you could probably top with whipped cream.  lol

2 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1 packet stevia (or any) sweetener
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


12 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon pure stevia
1 cup powdered xylitol (you can easily use a coffee grinder or food processor to powder your granulated xylitol)
