Who needs bread? A bowl and fork will do (or, I guess you could serve this with lettuce)!
1 lbs cooked shrimp (small)
1/2 pound crayfish (or crab)
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp chives, chopped fine
3 tbsp dill, chopped fine
1/2 small red onion, diced fine
2 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Mix everything in a big bowl except the shrimp, crayfish and boiled eggs.
Carefully mix in the shrimp, crayfish and finally add in the chopped egg at the end.
Season with salt and pepper and additional lemon juice until you get the taste you want. It should be bright, zesty and refreshing on the palate.
